Art In The Park was this weekend at Libbey Park in Ojai. It ran for two days: Saturday and Sunday. The entry fee was $250 for non-members of the Art Center and $200 for members.
Every year I consider doing it and every year I don't.
For one thing: no supports. I need something to hang my art on.
Lots of people have carpeted walls: professional looking.
Some people have homemade supports like lattice on feet. Rustic looking.
There were some bad winds yesterday, coming in waves, and I heard pottery break and saw objects fly to the ground.
I hope people sold art anyway!
