This is Evergreen who recently changed her name from Susan to Evergreen. Note her masks to the right...this is what she does: makes incredible masks. Outside of the store there is a huge mask which hopefully draws people inside of the store to buy something.
She uses paper mache and lots of other things like feathers and bells and wires and flowers.
